- Account Data: Google Profile data (email address, full name, profile picture) retrieved via Google OAuth during registration/login.
- Campus Roster Data: School-specific configuration uploaded by admins, including teacher names, designations, segment listings, subjects, classroom grades/sections, and weekly class timetables.
- Billing Data: Transaction metadata provided via Razorpay integration (subscription status, plan ID, transaction ID). We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly for the operation and optimization of the scheduling workspace:
- To authenticate user sessions and restrict unauthorized access.
- To process and calculate optimal teacher substitutions.
- To enable section-wise PDF reporting and template exports.
- To manage active Razorpay subscriptions.
3. Data Storage & Security
We utilize standard secure server architectures (SQLite/PostgreSQL databases) to safeguard roster data. We do not sell, rent, or distribute any user or student data to third-party advertisers.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Our application interacts with third-party service providers under security policies:
- Google OAuth API: Used solely to verify identity and load basic admin profile details.
- Razorpay API: Handles billing workflows securely.
