Welcome to TIMETABLE_MARVEL. By accessing or using our scheduling and staff management web application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Account Usage & Administrator Responsibility

Administrators must register using a valid email account via Google OAuth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and all activities conducted under your admin panel.

2. Acceptable Use of Scheduling Roster

You agree not to upload any roster or spreadsheet data that violates local laws or third-party copyrights. The automated allocation systems are tools provided to assist administrative decisions, and the accuracy of schedules remains the sole responsibility of the institution administrators.

3. Billing, Subscriptions, and Razorpay Payments

Our School and Org plans are billed on a recurring monthly subscription model. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your billing dashboard, and access to paid features will persist until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Service Availability & Performance

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, TIMETABLE_MARVEL is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that scheduling systems will be completely free of downtime or errors during automated calculations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TIMETABLE_MARVEL be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from schedule allocation errors, data entry mistakes, or server downtimes.
